The resort is a budget-friendly option close to Tala Gate, with a large property, spacious rooms, well-cooked food, and a few helpful staff members. These positives, however, were overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager, "Mamu."Despite prior agreement at the time of booking to allow in-room dining (as we were traveling with a differently-abled family member), the management failed to honor this on the second day. We were considerate to request smaller portions to avoid food waste, yet in room meals were argued upon. The excuse given was the inconvenience to their staff, despite repeated service lapses like forgetting to bring basic items such as water bottles or bowls. We even offered to carry the food ourselves to avoid trouble, but were still refused. The manager’s dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy significantly impacted our stay. This property seriously needs to improve staff training and focus on guest experience, especially in handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
