Very humble and polite staff and welcoming place. Amenities wise also we were satisfied. Food was very tasty. Stayed with family and market is also near by within 1.5 KM. Staff even helped us to decorate and celebrate anniversary in resort resturant.

We loved our stay at Wild Haven. We had booked for 4 nights and ended up staying 6 nights. We even went out for a wonderful night camping under the stars at their partner campsite. As the name suggests its a haven. The staff were so helpful with everything even assisting us with organising 2 last minute safaris in the core. The meals and service staff were very attentive and everyone so friendly. It was like being with family. Will definatelystay here when next in Bandhavgarh.

Wild Haven is a beautiful resort amidst nature. The ambience is calm and serene. Cottages are spacious and well furnished with clean and modern washrooms. There's a beautiful outdoor swimming pool where my children had loads of fun. The staff is helpful and amiable. The only negative thing is the astounding price of their food, more so because the same food items are available outside at less than half the price.

Zeeshan Bhai, this review is for your amazing hospitality and flexibility that you showed with my family trip to Wild Haven resort. We had one of the best experiences of our life in this resort and the places that you took us for enhancing our jungle experience, specially Johilla Falls. Hands down, food was the best. Words are less to express the taste, one can only experience it by tasting it. Now, its our go to place when me and my family visits Bhandavgarh. Hoping for receiving similar types of good experiences.😊😁

Best place. I still miss that place and want to go again. Staffs are so friendly and dedicated towards their work. Resort is not like a hotel which is just amazing. Worth the stay.

Amazing stay amidst nature with breathtaking views. Perfect family or friends vacation - we enjoyed the adventure activities and it was truly a natural detox !Excellent staff service , Neatly maintained rooms, Chlorene-less swimming pool is one of the rare arrangements!Good and tasty variety of buffet and all the staff assisting for the activities were very friendly and polite. The chef ensured that our pallet needs were met!We enjoyed- Badminton, Volleyball, swimming, cricket and carrom, everything within the property !!The ambience was lovely & very serene, makes you feel in the midst of wilderness. One of the best things was to notice a group 'Wild Boar' gazing outside the fence, the clear glass view window near the wardrobe was just amazing!!Guided nature walk, experience to Waterfall and rainforest was exceptionally thrilling, adventurous and excellent 👍We look forward to coming back. As feel very revitalized

Loved the resort , you will get many things to enjoy like badminton, volleyball, carrom, spotted the wild boar within the resort itself. Nice swimming pool, no chlorinated water.Tasty and hygienic food.Lovely staff.It's awesome place to go, There are definitely many other hidden surprises if communicated correctly 😉

I recently Jan'24 had the pleasure of staying at Wild haven Resort, The accommodation was not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like living in Nature,The resort's amenities were impressive, offering a range of activities to suit various preferences. Amazing experience I've ever had till now, I never visited resort before but I will recommend going over there, their staff are humble and quick to act whenever you need something, very helpful and kind people, love the place and people, food is something I am very picky about and it's upto my taste I am sure you will like it.Had a superb vacation week here!

Wild Haven Resort is located right in the lap of nature. It's away from the hustle bustle of the main road and full of greenery. The rooms were super and the food was awesome. We had booked 4 rooms. The hospitality provided by the team was top notch. The temperature during our visit was 10 degrees and the manager made sure all our rooms has portable heater and extra blanket. They also arranged bonfire for us and arranged dinner next to bonfire. I will recommend Wild Haven Resort if your are looking for a super resort under a tight budget and if you want to stay close to the nature.

The rooms are pretty decent, especially in room 102 AC wasn’t working and not the fan. Other than that rooms were okay. The food was great, too good. The staff is very kind and simple people. The common area needs to be better. But other than that this is a very value for money stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Wild Haven Resort. It is a lovely place to stay at Bandhavgarh, being just 1 km from Tala Gate. The service is top class and the food is scrumptious. I would highly recommend Wild Haven for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, hygienic place to stay with tasty food and excellent service.Resort in charge Mr. Abhisaran went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

the room was good but the cleaning staff doesnot for cleaning even after calling them multiple times. Therefore our room look quity messy.

Mar 2024 - We arrived late at night at this resort, ours was a morning safari. The resort had power fluctuations resulting in poor functioning of the air conditioners. The manager informed me in the morning that the generator couldn't bear the load as all the rooms were occupied that night and AC was switched on in each room. Also the food taste was not good and worth it. Rooms floor were dusty as if it was not even cleaned before our check-in. One out of 2 rooms booked had AC malfunctioning. Such basic things should be checked beforehand.Overall the experience was not good and I won't repeat my stay here.

The resort is a budget-friendly option close to Tala Gate, with a large property, spacious rooms, well-cooked food, and a few helpful staff members. These positives, however, were overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager, "Mamu."Despite prior agreement at the time of booking to allow in-room dining (as we were traveling with a differently-abled family member), the management failed to honor this on the second day. We were considerate to request smaller portions to avoid food waste, yet in room meals were argued upon. The excuse given was the inconvenience to their staff, despite repeated service lapses like forgetting to bring basic items such as water bottles or bowls.We even offered to carry the food ourselves to avoid trouble, but were still refused. The manager’s dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy significantly impacted our stay.This property seriously needs to improve staff training and focus on guest experience, especially in handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
